Here is a picture gallery of us siting a Willerby twin unit caravan in Welshpool Powys. As you can see from the pictures it’s a very intricate job where we have to level both parts of the caravan, making sure they align perfectly.
We use a number of heavy duty caravan stands to prop up and support the caravan. As the area a twin unit caravan covers is so large, there is a greater degree of unevenness of the base that we have to compensate for.
It also helps we had a nice bright morning in Welshpool Powys that we had good weather to get both parts of the caravan perfectly aligned and at the same height. We then support the caravan on its stands and then micro adjust until we are sure that the join between the two parts is level and true thus to avoid any uneven stress to the joint. When we are satisfied that both parts of the caravan are absolutely spot on, we then seal up all the joints.
